Los Angeles Times is a newspaper in Los Angeles. It was started in 1881 and in 2008 it was a 2nd biggest city newspaper in United States. Los Angeles Times is the most distributed newspaper in the country at the fourth level.
In 4th December of 1881 LA daily Times started its publishing and Nathan Cole and Thomas Gardiner was its director. A mirror printing of Jesse Yarnell and TJ Caystile was selected for printing but due to the lack of money Nathan and Thomas crooked the newspaper to the mirror printing company.

However, after some months SJ Mathes attached with the LA daily Time team and at his persistence the company again started it a publication and in July of next year Harrison Gray Otis became editor of LA Times. He also provides the company a financial support.
In 1910 local union attacked on the head quarters of the LA Times and bombing of them murdered 21 people. After the death of Otis his son in law took the control of the LA Times then 1944 his son and his wife control the department of LA Times. After some time newspaper became the co-owner with CBS and remained together until it was sold to Metromedia.
In 21st century it changes its ownership its increases the editors reduce the staff and also money and increase its circulation and value on the internet through its website. It has a record of winning Pulitzer Prizes.
LA Times published some special editions in Mid Winter and Mid Summer, and also some regional editions and magazines, which include Wentura Country, Inland Empire and San Diego Country. National Edition is distributed in Washington DC and San Francisco.
It provides many promotions like Books Prizes, Book Fairs and Festivals and has notable employees.
